A new front redo started with all new concrete at 2379 Parkland Terrace in San Luis Obispo. A new set of landing steps and driveway – as well as walks. Brian and Brooke opted for a sandstone base color with terra cota and saltillo
red secondary colors. The nieghbors were impressed with the smooth progress and that we kept their street and adjacent areas Clean!! Very important to keep everyone smiling.

7/26/11 – Santa Barbara – We were invited to transform this mono color courtyard into something with more depth and color by a local archietect. This project is at the top of centinela dr. in the Sea Ranch area. Getting the colors right took a little experimenting. – the owner wanted to avoid red tones. We were all quite please with the final result. Check those great ‘before and after’ shots.

1231 Portasuello Drive – right off Las Positas – For Mike Zissner and Ursala Lamberti – we created a Slate drive in lightly contrasting tones that complemented their home color and flowed with the natural native stone colors. Diagonal saw cut squares on 4 foot centers were centered off the driveway entrance. We used a dyeing process to creat a 12 inch border around the entire driveway area in a slightly darker contrasting color. Some of our commotion riled a nieghbor , but we made it work for all and completed it on schedule.

911 Tune UP! – Stained Concrete – Decorative Stained Concrete
911 tune up. We were ask to tune up the water -stained and damged stained floor. Originally installed in 2004, this floor has undergone repeated flooding and moisture problems. We were honored in being able to fix and beautify the floors before the artwork comes in. A truly beautiful place (789 W. Main street) , in the village of Cambria.

After a long pull, we were able to redo this Grover Beach yard from the ground up- completely removing everything. The owners wanted a warm space in the back, so we created a patio with a fire pit in a south western flair. We did everything you see, the walls, the stone work, the landscaping, as well as the stamped concrete of course. The owners and I had a lot of fun designing and planning the whole project, as well as making changes as it evolved.

This was a very complicated project. A few years back a local concrete contractor installed this stamped concrete driveway. Great stamp work , but sadly the color work was lacking. After several sample colors were applied , the colors were found that tied into the owners house colors and the new paver patio being installed. Both base colors were enhanced with gray secondary colors that gave the patio and drive new dimension. It was a struggle at times, but we prevailed and the results are striking. El Viento is up in the Ventana development off James way , by the 4th street exit. This drive went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to a showplace. The owners and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
