8/26/10 – 535 Cameo Way in Arroyo Grande – Decorative Concrete, Stamped Seamless Slate
8/26/10 – Stamped overlay driveway. 535 Cameo way in Arroyo Grande becomes our newest ‘ drive – by ‘ viewable job. We transformed 750 square feet of ugly driveway and walk into something much better. Marilynn and Roger opted for Seamless Slate in a variation of brown tones over a buckskin colored base.. The color combination started out a little to bright for Marilynn’s tastes, so we reconfigured adjusted accorrdingly. Deeper secondary colors give it a more organic feel. Great before and after pictures.
8/13/10 – 825 Boysen Dr. in San Luis Obispo – Decorative Concrete, Stone Patterns
8/13/10 This is the first of 3 new walkways for the student housing at 825 Boysen Dr. in San Luis Obispo. We removed old patios and walks and came back with scaled-back walkways to allow for more landscaping and lawn. We did the work on a short turn- around to allow students to start moving in. The owner was very pleased because we were able to provide a beautiful color make up and detail for about 2 to 3 dollars a square foot less than the contractors who are ‘part time’ stampers. Better result for a lower price. We are starting on the next phase 8/16/10. Everybody’s happy with this.
8/6/10 – A new patio in back of 139 Whitley, San Luis Obispo – Decorative Concrete, Stone Patterns
8/6/10 A new patio in back of 139 Whitley , in the village of Arroyo Grande. Over 1200 square feet in a large “L” shape made getting the flow a little difficult , but we managed. The owner had his own crew demo the existing concrete . We used our laser to help him set a new drain system. We finished this job with individual tinting in subtle shading. we used a red to help tie in with the bricks he decided to keep and work with. New outdoor kitchen and fountain to follow.
